How can I get ØNWRD Swag (Stickers/Patches/etc.)?

We're stoked you want to rock ØNWRD swag on your rig or trailer. Let’s hook you up! Submit a contact form with your request and mailing address and we’ll send some swag your way.

How do I clean my ØNWRD Bags?

Spot clean with warm soap and water. Do not place in washer/dryer because it will cause the fabric backing and some zippers to delaminate

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to the email address on the order at the time of shipment.  You can use that link for status updates on the delivery of your order.

What shipping options do you offer?

We ship via USPS Priority (also services PO Box), FedEx, and UPS through our checkout process. If you need something urgently, please reach out to info@onwrdsupply.com. Expedited orders must be placed before noon Pacific, and shipping may exclude weekends, Saturday delivery, and holidays.

Do you charge for shipping? 

For US orders, shipping is free with orders of $100 or more.  Orders under $100 will pay actual shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout (we don’t mark them up). 

We’re sorry, but we can’t offer free shipping on international orders of any size, it’s just too expensive.  You will see actual shipping costs at checkout (again, we don’t mark them up). 

When will my order ship?

Our orders typically go out the door within two business days of receiving them.  However, we’re a small team and at times it may take a little longer (thank you for your patience!).  We fulfill online orders on a first-in, first-out basis. If you have specific questions about your order shipping, please contact us directly.

When will I receive my order?

A tracking link will be sent to the email address on the order at the time of shipment (typically two business days from the time of order).  You can use that link for status updates on the delivery of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! Please note that international orders take significantly longer for delivery and may be subject to import/value-added taxes that are beyond our control. Contact the customs office in your country for information about duties or taxes that may apply to your order. If an order is refused, ØNWRD Supply is not responsible for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes, or any other charges associated with shipping the package. If an item is returned to us and the buyer has requested a refund, we will subtract the return cost and any other fees associated with the parcel.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship via USPS and offer shipping to PO Boxes. Simply enter your PO Box address for your shipping address, and your order will be delivered to your post office box.

Can I buy your gear in a store?

At this time, ØNWRD only sells our product through this website. This allows us to provide our loyal customers with the highest quality goods at the lowest prices.

What’s your return policy?

We’re happy to take back anything that’s in a new/resellable condition, and within 90 days of the original order date for exchange or refund.

To start the process, use this form to contact us and we’ll step you through it.  We will provide a complimentary prepaid label for shipments within the United States only.  Customers shipping from outside the United States will be responsible for coordinating and paying for their own shipping.

Orders that are returned for a refund will include a $7 handling fee (deducted from the refund).  There is no handling fee for exchanges.

How long does it take for my return/refund to process?

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Once we've physically received the product(s) for your return at our Bend, OR warehouse, we will refund your original payment method that was attached to your order. 

The refund usually takes between 3–7 business days to settle with your bank or credit card carrier, but it may take up to 14 days for your bank or credit card carrier to acknowledge the credit after our refund process is submitted. 

We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed for refund.

Repair & Warranty

All products at ØNWRD are professionally designed and tested.  We stand behind our products and believe they should last.  If you received a product you suspect has a defect, we’ll make it right.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

  • Improper use or misuse of the product
  • Damage caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
  • Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire

* Note: We use the highest quality zippers available on the market, but rain, dust, dirt, mud, etc. will shorten the life of a zipper and qualify as normal wear and tear.
